Wash some spinach, shred a carrot and a daikon – aka mooli – add some chopped dill and micro shoots of any kind and off ya go! Dress with whatever you fancy, or leave it nude. We had a lone cucumber flower and this bowl of raw shredded veggies was the perfect place for it.
The nutritious benefits of the long white radish known as mooli reads like some kind of health wish list. It’s good for us in other words, and in season during the winter. Dill also has a long list of health benefits so with the spinach, carrot and micro shoots there’s a nutrient party going on in this bowl.
