A collection of sweet things with fresh herbs coming at ya this week.

They all use a herb in large quantities so they’re a great way to use up an abundance of herbs, should you find yourself in that situation ever and requiring something sweet to sate.

Funnily enough, all three methods are pretty much the same, and all begin with blitzing the herb with the sugar to finely chop the herbs and ensure they are well incorporated in the final mix. Into this we read this method could be adapted to almost anything to add a herb into your sweet baked goods – cool, huh? And ohh the fragrance that fills the kitchen as you do this! Every time.
