Green Goddess & Red Devil Dips with h/m Grissini

Oh yeah peeps, ohhh yeeeah.

Love the evenings at this time of year, as summer’s last dalliances beckon autumn nearer.

It is our view that this is precisely the kinda food you want with you for those warm, balmy, yet slightly restless evenings.

Our respect for the fresh and zingy Green Goddess dressing at Big Potatoes is well documented. Here it is again, a little bit thicker for vegetable dunking and teamed up with a deep and fiery Red Devil dip. And served with homemade grissini no less.

Gooseberry Galette

DOUGH AHEAD ALERT!

You’re probably bored of our galette obsession already but we’re not gunna tire of them any day soon.

We couldn’t resist making a galette with the the red and green gooseberries we bought at the market.

In fact it occurs to us that a galette is the perfect way to show case the wonderful seasonal goods you bought on impulse because you couldn’t help yourself. They are seriously good things, believe.

Weekend in the Sticks

From rural France to rural Wiltshire, we were flitting about all over the place last week.
